The General Settings page is where workspace admins can configure key workspace details, AI behavior, and feedback automation rules. This page helps tailor how Cycle processes, categorizes, and routes feedback—making it easier to stay organized and aligned with your team’s workflows.
Use this section to define how your workspace is identified and how Cycle AI interprets your content.
Logo
Upload or drag in a logo to visually distinguish your workspace. Useful for customer-facing features like public changelogs.
Description
Add a short summary to describe the purpose or focus of the workspace. This also helps Cycle AI generate more relevant insights.
Domain
Used to group users by email domain and optionally allow them to auto-join the workspace.
Keywords
Define common keywords or phonetic misspellings to help AI better transcribe and classify feedback (e.g., "web-flaw" for Webflow). These improve transcript accuracy across voice and AI transcription.
Allow users with the same email domain to join the workspace
Toggle to enable automatic joining for teammates with matching email domains.
đź”’ Shows the currently enforced domain (e.g. @webflow.com).
Collaborator permissions
Optionally restrict collaborators to only the feedback docs they’re subscribed to.
Authorize Cycle’s team for support access
Enable this to allow Cycle’s support team to log into your workspace for troubleshooting and issue resolution.
These options shape how AI processes your workspace’s feedback and suggestions.
Preferred Language
Set the language for AI-generated titles (currently set to English).

Automatically assign each feedback to the right Product Area, so it gets routed to the right team(s).
Extract quotes
Find relevant customer quotes in the feedback content and categorize them into request types.
Link quotes to requests
Link each extracted quote to an existing request in Cycle if one of them matches based on the quote content, title, ...
Create requests
If no existing request matches an extracted quote, then create a new request with a title inspired by other requests in the workspace.
Link quotes to product areas
Link each extracted quote to a product area, even if the quote is not linked to a request yet.
Validate quotes
Mark the extracted quotes as validated so they appear in views and dashboards without manual review.
Mark processed
Automatically close feedback items once everything’s been extracted and linked.
Best Practice: Start with auto-tagging and quote extraction. As your team gets more confident, layer in automated request creation and processing.
