We are happy to announce our SOC 2 Type 1 certification, with Type 2 certification already underway.

For increased privacy regarding sensitive calls or messages, you can now restrict access so that collaborators can only see feedback they have created or are assigned to. Makers will retain access to all feedback.
To activate this, navigate to Settings > General and toggle the parameter.
Google SSO is now available! You can authenticate to Cycle with Google so you don't have to keep track of yet another password in your password manager.
