Send Gong recordings & spotlights straight to your Cycle inbox. Configure your automation rules to make sure you don't loose track of product feedback from your calls.

Installation

1. Install the integration from Cycle

Go through the OAuth flow and allow the Cycle App from your Cycle App integration settings.

2. Copy the webhook url link

You'll need it in the following steps

3. Go to your Gong company settings

Select Automation rules under the Ecosystem card

4. Under Automation rules, create a new rule

Create a new rule and paste the previously copied webhook url in step 1 (keep the authentication method as URL includes key). You can configure some filters if needed to decide which calls should be sent to Cycle. Don’t forget to enable the rule once you're happy with your configuration.

And voilà 🎉

Your calls will now get redirected to your Cycle inbox with the video, a summary of the call and the transcript from which product insights will be extracted!
