Modjo

Modjo is a call recorder tool primarily used by sales teams to record conversations with customers and leads. During these calls, valuable product feedback may be shared, which can be useful for your product team to review and act upon. With the Cycle<>Modjo integration, you can automatically send relevant call containing product feedback to Cycle for further action by your product team.

How the Integration Works

Once connected to Modjo, Cycle will automatically fetch call data at regular intervals based on the configured period. For example, if the period is set to weekly, Cycle will fetch all calls from the previous week every Saturday at 1 AM and send them to Cycle.

Fetch Frequency

  • Daily: Cycle fetches calls from the previous day.

  • Weekly: Cycle fetches calls from the previous week (e.g., every Saturday at 1 AM).

  • Custom Interval: You can adjust the frequency of data fetching to best suit your needs.

Filtering by Tag

Not all calls are relevant for product feedback. To ensure that only the most valuable feedback is sent to Cycle, you can tag calls in Modjo. Calls with specific tags, such as "Product Feedback," will be filtered and sent to Cycle, while other calls will be ignored.

This allows you to decide whatever a call will be pushed or not in Cycle. Assuming you a tag called "Product Feedback". If you configure your integration with that tag, only the call containg this tag will be upload.

Setup instruction

Currently there is no in-app way to setup the integration, so Cycle team will do it for you.

  • The exact match of the tag you will use (optional)
