🎭Members
Control who’s in your Cycle workspace, what they can do, and who handles feedback.
Member Management
In Settings > Members, you can:
View all Active and Pending members
Invite new users by email and assign a role
Set a Default Reporter
Manage who has access to the Billing page
Roles: Maker vs Collaborator
There are two roles in Cycle:
Maker
Full workspace access. Can create insights, edit views, manage billing, and update member roles. Makers can also use advanced features like transcripts and add unlimited collaborators. Only Makers can edit roles.
Collaborator
Can create/edit docs, update properties, and collaborate on feedback. Cannot change workspace structure (e.g. integrations, views, workflows).
Teams
Team-based Section Permissions let you control who can see which sections in your workspace. Perfect for companies with multiple product teams that need focused access to their relevant feedback and views.
How it works
By default, all sections are visible to everyone in your workspace. Once you assign a section to a team, it becomes private and only visible to members of that team.
Teams and sections have a many-to-many relationship:
A person can be on multiple teams
A team can have multiple sections
A section can be assigned to multiple teams

FAQ

Q: How do I making a section public again? A: Remove the section from all teams and the section will automatically become public again
Q: What if I accidentally remove myself from a team? A: Any maker of your workspace can add you back to teams through Settings > Members > Teams.
