You can use Gong x Cycle in 3 different ways:
Automatically share new calls or spotlights
Manually send new calls or spotlights
Paste a call or spotlight link in Cycle's Drop Island
1. Automatically share new calls or spotlights
Your revenue team is already creating spotlights in Gong? Just push your history to Cycle and automate all future Gong calls/spotlights to do the same.
Define one or several folders you'd like to sync and you'll get a new piece of feedback in Cycle for each new Gong file in this folder. You'll have the embedded video as well as title, participants, comments, and Gong transcript.
2. Manually send new calls or spotlights
Prefer no automation and rather to send intentionally selected calls/spotlights to Cycle? Just click on "Send to Cycle".
You'll get a new piece of feedback with the video embedded as well as the title, participants, comments, and Gong transcript.
3. Paste a call or spotlight link in Cycle's Drop Island
Have the call/spotlight link at hand? Just drop it on our Drop Island.
You'll get a new piece of feedback with the video embedded as well as a title, participants, comments, and Gong transcript.
