Customer's voice

This view will help you get a feel for what pain points your customers have regarding a specific initiative. You will have more information on what matters most in this initiative.

Steps

  1. Create a Kanban view of Insights

  2. Group by Importance or another insight property

  3. Swimlane by related initiatives

Insight pipeline

This view will help you get a big picture of what people currently want and think about your product.

Filter on a specific company before meeting with a big client that gave you feedback before. You'll see the status of each remark they gave you. NB: we'll soon have a recency filter.
